1. Expert Mold Inspection and Testing Services:

Inspection for visible microbial growth.
Inspection for active moisture issues using thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters.
Air sampling for airborne mold spores to determine the extent of contamination. Surface and/or cavity sampling as needed.
Laboratory analysis report from an accredited lab for accurate results.
Emailed summary with pictures and laboratory report within 2 to 3 business days for quick feedback.

2. Infrared Moisture Inspections:

Infrared camera inspections, coupled with a moisture meter, are innovative and effective tools to help identify the potential for mold infestation and various property issues.
These inspections can reveal hidden moisture problems that are otherwise invisible to the naked eye, allowing homeowners to address them before they escalate into more significant issues.

3. Post-Remediation Verification Inspection (PRV):

The purpose of the PRV is to verify that the mold remediation was carried out successfully and that the affected area is now free of visible microbial growth and excess moisture.
Having a PRV will prove to be important information and will ensure that your remediation work was completed successfully.
