Originally from the Chicago area, I have also lived in NJ and Florida. While in NJ, I owned and operated a highly successful business that focused on customer service, returning to FL in 1998 with my wife and son. I have three wonderful children, Danielle, Lee and Sierra, and two dogs, a Golden, Koda and a Maltese, Mitzie. I’ve always loved and respected the natural environment and enjoy hiking and boating, and of course, strolling our beautiful Florida beaches.
After finishing my environmental education and inspection training, I founded Detailed Inspection Services in 2001, performing residential and commercial structural and environmental inspections for property buyers and concerned owners. I have been performing mold testing evaluations for over 15 years, and am proud to be one of the original Florida State Licensed Mold Assessors. I decided to specialize in indoor environmental issues, primarily mold, because of its negative effects on human health. In 2014, we changed our company name to Expert Mold Test in order to reflect our specialization in this field.
